Terms and Conditions

2.1. To enroll in the Bootcamp, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2. Enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.

2.4. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.1. The Bootcamp fee is a fixed, one-time payment as displayed on our pricing page at the time of enrollment.

3.2. All prices are in the currency specified on the pricing page and are subject to change without notice until payment is completed.

3.3. Payment must be made in full before the Bootcamp start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4. We accept payment through our secure payment processor. You are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges.

3.5. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access details.

4.1. You may request a full refund within 7 days of the Bootcamp start date, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials.

4.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via email.

4.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.4. After 7 days from the start date, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

4.5. If we cancel the Bootcamp before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

5.1. Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive lifetime access to course materials, including videos, templates, resources, and recordings.

5.2. Course materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

5.3. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course materials at any time.

5.4. Live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students. Recordings are for personal use only.

5.5. Access to course materials is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

6.1. You agree to participate in the Bootcamp in a respectful and professional manner.

6.2. You will not share, copy, or distribute course materials without our written permission.

6.3. You will not use the Bootcamp or course materials for any commercial purpose without our authorization.

6.4. We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

6.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, templates, and resources, are the intellectual property of UX Tribe or its licensors.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

7.3. Projects and work you create during the Bootcamp are your intellectual property and may be used in your portfolio.

7.4. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from course materials without our written permission.

8.1. A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of the Bootcamp requirements.

8.2. Completion requirements include attendance at live sessions (or viewing recordings) and submission of required projects.

8.3. The certificate is for personal use and may be shared on professional networks like LinkedIn.

8.4. The certificate does not constitute a professional certification or accreditation.

9.1. The Bootcamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or career advancement as a result of completing the Bootcamp.

9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Bootcamp.

9.4. We are not responsible for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device compatibility issues that may affect your ability to access the course.

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the course platform.

10.3. Continued participation in the Bootcamp after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
